Slotted Angle Shelving
The shelving that bends to whatever you throw at it.
Slotted Angle Shelving
Slotted angle shelving has stuck around this long because it works. Perforated steel angle bolts together into almost any configuration you can sketch on paper, no welding, no waiting.
That is what makes it the right call for small parts, records, stockrooms, anywhere your storage needs might look different in six months than they do today. Reconfiguring a run takes a spanner and an afternoon, not a new purchase order.

Why choose this system.
Shelves adjust to whatever you are storing this month
Bolts together fast, no specialist tools needed
Reconfigure the whole run without buying anything new
The most economical option for light, varied stock
Built to your requirement.

Typical applications
The engineering behind it.
Slotted angle shelving is built from perforated steel angle sections that bolt together at pre-punched slots, so a shelf can be added, removed or repositioned with a spanner and no cutting or welding. Standard shelf load ratings run from around 50 to 200 kg per shelf depending on the angle gauge and shelf material used, steel, ply or particle board.
Because every joint is bolted rather than welded, a full bay can be disassembled and reconfigured elsewhere in the warehouse if your layout changes, which is not something most other racking formats allow without cutting steel.
What buyers usually ask.
Can I reconfigure slotted angle shelving myself, without a crew?
Yes, that is one of its main advantages. Basic tools and an understanding of the slot pattern are enough for warehouse staff to add or move shelves without calling in an installation crew.
What is the maximum weight per shelf?
Typically 50 to 200 kg per shelf depending on the specification. We confirm the exact rating for your configuration before delivery, since angle gauge and shelf material both affect the number.
Is slotted angle shelving suitable for heavier warehouse stock?
Not usually. For medium to heavy hand-loaded goods, long span shelving carries meaningfully more per shelf. Slotted angle is best suited to light, varied stock like small parts, files and stockroom items.
