Flat Pallet
Wooden pallets fail. They splinter, crack, and eventually get replaced, usually more often than anyone budgets for. Steel flat pallets take the same job on and simply do not wear out at the same rate.
Where hygiene, strength or long service life actually matter, that difference adds up fast, in fewer replacements and fewer damaged goods along the way.

Why choose this system.
Built for strength and a genuinely long service life
Hygienic and fire-safe in a way timber cannot match
Consistent dimensions, every single pallet
Rackable and stackable without special handling
Built to your requirement.

Typical applications
The engineering behind it.
Built from welded steel sections rather than timber, a flat pallet's load-bearing members are sized for the specific weight class it is rated for, commonly 1,000 to 2,000 kg static load, with consistent dimensions across every unit in a batch, unlike wooden pallets which vary piece to piece. Entry configuration, 2-way or 4-way, is set at manufacture based on how the pallet will be handled.
Corrosion protection, galvanising or powder coating over a properly prepared surface, is what actually determines service life in demanding environments. A well-specified steel pallet in the right finish for its environment routinely outlasts a comparable wooden pallet by a factor of ten or more in handling cycles.
What buyers usually ask.
Are steel pallets actually cheaper than wood over time?
Usually yes, once you calculate cost per use rather than cost per unit. A steel pallet's much longer service life typically makes it cheaper within the first one to two years of moderate use.
Can steel pallets go into cold storage or freezers?
Yes, and they perform better than timber there, since steel does not absorb moisture or harbour the mould and pest issues wood can develop in cold, humid conditions.
Do steel pallets need ISPM 15 certification for export?
No, ISPM 15 fumigation and stamping requirements apply specifically to wooden packaging materials. Steel pallets are exempt, which saves cost and paperwork on international shipments.
