Metal Pallets

Metal Pallets

A pallet built around your load, not a generic size.

Overview

Metal Pallets

Not every load wants the same pallet. Our range covers flat, mesh and fully custom designs, each one built to carry a specific weight and shape safely, not just whatever happened to be in stock.

Steel throughout, which means the hygiene and durability advantage over timber holds no matter which format you need.

How it works

The engineering behind it.

Flat designs use a solid or slatted steel deck for general palletised goods. Mesh designs use a welded wire grid deck, letting air, liquid or light through, suited to washdown environments or produce. Custom designs are engineered around a specific load shape or weight distribution that neither standard format handles well, with load ratings calculated for that specific application rather than a generic range.

Entry type, 2-way or 4-way, and rackability, whether the pallet is rated for placement directly onto racking beams versus floor stacking only, are both specified at the design stage based on how the pallet will actually move through your operation.

Common questions

What buyers usually ask.

How do I know if I need flat, mesh or custom?

Flat suits general solid goods. Mesh suits anything needing drainage, airflow or visibility through the deck. Custom is worth the extra cost only when your load genuinely does not fit either standard format well.

Is every metal pallet safe to put into racking?

No, some are designed for floor stacking only. Always confirm rackability specifically before placing a loaded pallet onto a racking beam, since a non-rackable pallet under load on a beam is a genuine safety risk.

Can you match a metal pallet to an existing racking system I already own?

Yes, we design pallets to fit your existing racking dimensions and load requirements, rather than asking you to replace racking to fit a standard pallet size.
