Cantilever Racking
Pipes, timber, steel profiles, sheet goods, none of it plays by pallet rack rules. Cantilever racking gives up the front uprights entirely, so long or awkward loads slide on and off arms with nothing in the way.
Single-sided against a wall, or double-sided down the middle of a bay, either way it is the system worth reaching for the moment your stock is longer than it is wide.

Why choose this system.
Open front, load and unload from either end
Arm heights adjust to whatever you are running today
Single or double sided, depending on your floor space
Built for indoor duty or the yard outside
Built to your requirement.

Typical applications
The engineering behind it.
Arms project horizontally from a central upright column with no front support blocking access, so long items load and unload from either end. Arm load ratings typically range from 200 to 1,500 kg per arm depending on arm length and the vertical spacing between levels, and arm spacing is engineered around the stiffness of what you are storing so long items do not sag between support points.
Outdoor systems use galvanised steel rather than powder coating, and often need a reinforced or extended foundation to handle wind loading on tall, exposed structures, a consideration that rarely comes up for indoor installations.
What buyers usually ask.
Single sided or double sided, how do I choose?
Single sided against a wall suits tight floor space. Double sided, with arms on both sides of a central column line, roughly doubles storage per column and suits operations with more floor space to dedicate to the aisle.
Can cantilever racking be used outdoors?
Yes, with a different specification, galvanised rather than powder-coated steel and foundation work to handle wind loading. We design outdoor and indoor cantilever systems differently for exactly this reason.
What is the longest item cantilever racking can hold?
There is no fixed limit, arm length and spacing are engineered to your specific items. We have built systems for loads well over 6 metres long, the design simply scales to the requirement.
